Minions near Bolventor
Very close to the village of Minions stand the Hurlers, a Bronze Age temple conmprising three circles. The largest is about 135 feet in diameter.
The Hurlers name apparently comes from a legend that says the stones are actually men who where throwing or hurling a ball on the sabbath and as punishment they were turned to stone.
