Drift near Penzance
This photograph was taken at the base of the dam. The volume of water cascading down the concrete was awe inspiring.
Drift reservoir is highly regarded as one of the top birdwatching venues in Cornwall. The area has a large list of major special species some recent visitors includere, the Laughing Gull , Lesser Scaup, White-rumped Sandpiper and Kumlien`s Gull.
